Introduction

Led strategy and delivery of high-impact programmes, driving communication, stakeholder engagement, and measurable outcomes.

Programme overview

At the Bristol Conservation and Science Foundation (BCSF), I led the strategic planning and execution of environmental and education programmes, ensuring delivery against funding OKRs.

A highlight was the South West White-Clawed Crayfish Partnership Project, a £250k, three-year initiative. Following phase one, I reported on outcomes and incorporated achievements into a successful funding application, enabling continued programme delivery for a further two years as “Crayfish in Crisis.”

I developed a SMART, multi-disciplinary communication strategy, overseeing road mapping, resourcing, budget adherence, and stakeholder management across charity, public, and private sectors. I ensured all published materials communicated clear, consistent messaging while balancing organisational priorities.
