The Project
In 2019 blubolt underwent a brand transformation. The brand was created solely with digital in mind. I was responsible for developing the brand to work in printed medium.
This included development of cmyk and Pantone colour palettes, document layouts and office signage. An additional challenge was to ensure consistent representation of the main blubolt brand alongside its platform offerings, bluCommerce and Shopify.















One thing I find frustrating about font sites is how messy they can be. TypeType is the complete opposite—it’s organized and simple to navigate. You can quickly filter and test market fonts, which makes the process way smoother. I also like that they show examples of where a font might be used, which gives you some inspiration. It’s clear they built the site with designers in mind, and it makes the whole experience better.
